Shawn, I'm sure you're an alright guy, but you really going to come at me like that when you took two weeks to pay me and another two weeks to send me the shipping label? You weren't exactly being expeditious in getting the deal done which I was fine with and I told you I was out of town until after the 4th (this Monday). If you remember, you went out of town as well during the process before you paid me and I still held the gun for you when I had others interested.

Doesn't matter if I'm an alright guy, that's subjective. What I am is a reasonable man who's willing to work with anyone but stands on principle. All you had to do was reply to any of the many communication attempts and give me some concrete info. You did not so yes, I did "come at you like that".

Here's what coming at you like that looks like...

Once I had your address I would have sent a certified letter
After no response I would have had my attorney send a letter
After no resolution I would have come in person and worked out a resolution

Since you brought up delays, let's lay the timeline out...

5/31 Agreed to purchase, You agreed to ship.

6/1 You emailed that you needed a day or 2 to get things together. I replied OK and ASKED FOR BOX DIMS AND ZIPCODE so I could create label

6/5 You messaged that you were unable to find the box, etc and asked me to use Zelle. You provided box dims BUT NOT ZIPCODE. I replied letting you know my bank doesn't support Zelle.

6/6 You replied asking if Venmo work. I agreed and ASKED FOR THE ZIPCODE so I could create shipping label

6/7 You sent zipcode

6/9 I emailed to let you know I had just seen message and asked for your Venmo info

6/11 You sent INCOMPLETE Venmo info. I replied asking for the missing info which you provided at 1:22. I sent payment at 1:37.
I held off sending shipping label because I offered to help you out with free transfers for BCS buyers and was waiting to see if you had any takers.

6/23 I sent label and copy of FFL. Sent you text asking if you could send any pics because I had an interested buyer

6/27 called and left voicemail

6/29 Called and left voicemail. Later that day I asked folks who knew you if they knew if you were out of town, etc. No one knew but I got the bright idea o check your Texags post history. YOU WERE POSTING TO TEXAGS THE ENTIRE TIME YOU WERE NOT RESPONDING so it was clear you had access to a means to reply.

6/30 Posted reply to Texags to which you replied you were out of town "until after the 4th ".

7/7 Posted again as it was now several days "after the 4th "

7/11 After no response from you I escalated

7/12 You finally responded.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt several times throughout this until I saw that he was posting on Texags during the time he was not responding to me. All he had to do was send a reply that he was unavailable, etc.

I have great attention to detail when it comes to business transactions.

Overall cost would have been higher than buying new from a distributor but I was making the purchase thinking I was helping a fellow OB out. That was the extent of my charitable contribution.
