you can find brass .223 for that if you look hard enough.

I've bought some recently at sub 40cpr late last year. However, cheapest HP on Ammo Seek right now is 46 cpr with free shipping. Interesting.

I can't hack the steel jacketed bullet aspect, unless it's used in a SKS, or something with a chrome-lined bore.
"Soft steel" is still a lot harder on rifling, than a copper jacket.


Might change my mind when Sierra introduces the new "Sierra Matchking, with economical steel jackets"
