Anyone able to see the Northern lights tonight in the south? Nothing in the Texas Hill Country so far.

The forecast has the southern extent halfway in Kansas, so I'm not confident I'm going to see anything from the hill country. Am I reading that right? Would be super snazzy to see though.

I think Texas is too far south, by a long shot.

We actually had them pop up briefly one night in Pagosa Springs (southern CO) in late March. Sadly, we were driving back from TX the following day, and missed them. I've always wanted to see them, and I unknowingly missed them at my house by a matter of hours.

It was very faint where I live near the Norfork Dam in north Arkansas. It was pretty spectacular about 100 miles north in Missouri.

Will they be visible again tonight? I am in MO for a week.

It was from a solar flare so it was one night only.

The lights from West Plains were interfering with our best view north when we drove up toward the state line on 101.
