Hey there OB. It's been a while since I brought you a promotion, but me thinks this one is up your alley.

I've been working with Pederson's Farms for a while now. The CEO is an Aggie grad and we lived in the dorms together (Moses). One of the things I've been helping with is product innovation.

Well, they just released their newest product, a mild pickled sausage.

Pederson's is taking a healthier approach to this category and removing a lot of the sugars, dyes, and preservatives that affect the taste and our overall health.

I gave it to my kids and my neighbor's kids and they ask for it so much that we've had to make it a "treat" or we run out quickly. In any case, everyone that has tried it loves it so far.

We are trying to get the product launched on Amazon and really could use some honest reviews. If we can make this a success, they will launch a spicy version.

Just got mine. Thought it was really good. The one thing I was a little apprehensive about was the pickled part, but I actually enjoyed the vinegar taste. It wasn't over powering. I left an Amazon review also.

Just received mine as well. Much larger than I thought it'd be (compared to what you would get at a gas station or convention nice store). Taste was very delicious. Not too vinegary or salty, and there was a slight sweetness afterwards. I'll be ordering another pack soon!

Liked the flavor, would really be in favor of spicy. The only drawback is the little bit of pickling liquid, it shot across the counter when I ripped open the package. You have to be a little careful to not spill it on you. These things are car snacks for me so I need to watch out for that.

Thanks for the feedback. Wife noticed the squirting issue as well. I've got the technique down now so it doesn't squirt, but in the car you still need to find a place to set the empty package that has juice in it. I think I'll just suck it out like a freeze pop; but hey, thanks just me.
