Defying getting older. Throttled way back on the alcohol (don't worry, I'll still drink a beer with you) But I drink water like its the national pass time. I'm careful about my sleep & started taking Krill oil.
I'm not trying to brag here, but I kept hearing "wait until you hit 40"....then it was "wait until you hit 50".....well, here I am and eating right and exercise has a lot to do with why I'm in good shape and healthy. The person (my dad) that kept telling me "wait until....." wasn't.
Get good sleep.
Drink water
Exercise
If it has a drive through, don't eat there.

I got up to a 42 waist size and decided it was time to lose weight, so focusing on a better diet and increased exercise activity I lost 80+ pounds and attended my 35th class reunion weighing in at 205, wearing my 36-starched wranglers
