Argentina is a beautiful place, should go to Patagonia and go fishing.
If you go to bird hunt, I would recommend Duck and Perdiz hunting in Argentina. It's basically a no limit duck hunt. And as many have pointed out, the food and wine is outstanding. The dove hunting gets a little less exciting after loading that 500th shell the first day.
