Rules from the last swap that seemed to work well enough:
Here are the dates:
- Need you to post your willingness to participate by 11:59PM on Saturday, September 10, 2022
- I will post assignments on Sunday, September 11th
- Please try to organize and ship your assignments by Tuesday, September 13th so they'll arrive by the weekend.
Rules from previous post:
- Sign up by 11:59PM Saturday, September 10.
- Be willing to send 3-6 sticks, averaging $8-$12(?) per stick. Pretty sure I've always tried to send $40 to $50 in cigars, minimum.
- Look for your assignments on or by 9-11-2022.
- Contact your assignment for address and mail by 9-13-2022
- Post pics from the scenic area of your choice; backyards and barbecues are acceptable.
- Make people jealous of your score.
Additional options and notes:
- Avoid poor quality sticks for the sake of sending another large cigar. There's nothing wrong with smaller cigars that are of good quality and I think most folks would rather receive an Arturo Fuente Short Story or a NUB over a Swisher Sweet that's larger.
- If you feel so inclined, go big and get a $20 cigar with the understanding that the other two will be of 'lesser' quality, but still, please do not spend less than $8 on any one cigar as these tend to toe the poorer-quality line.
- Again, no reason to break the bank, but most passes cost, at minimum, $40 in cigars and $5 in shipping. You'll be getting your investment back, and it's all in good fun.
