Welp, I'll try to put some thoughts up on it Tuesday when it gets here.... but just got an SPC9 and I am stoked. I'll put some thoughts up on it when I get it in. The sad face is because it is set up to use a tailhook. I don't have any in stock and none of my distributors carry gearhead anymore.

Gearhead doesn't carry gearhead anymore. I had to bite the bullet a pay too much for one on gunbroker to finish an ap5-p build. They are impossible to find in stock anywhere.

EG…i have a very lightly used Mod 1C I pulled of my SP5 once I got my F1. I'll ship it to you and then we can figure out a credit on a future purchase?

Just got my first B&T - GHM9 Waiting for my brace this week before shooting it.

The fit, finish and feel are like no other gun I've handled.

Ok, got the SPC9 in hand. Waiting on a few things for it to do a review and test drive but first impression...

Wow, B&T outdid themselves. This thing feels SOLID. Oddly, from a handling point of view, I think I like the APC9 better mainly because it's lighter. But, a range trip could change that. That being said, this thing feels like it was built to take some abuse. I cannot wait to see how the recoil buffer system plays out vs the APC9. Hopefully I'll head to the range with it this weekend.

The optic is going to change. Not that aesthetics are most important but I wanted to try this optic.... and it is pretty cool, it's one of the newer Mepro optics. Qualitywise, it's really good. I just.... as dumb as this sounds... thought that it would be oriented the other way and look like the very aggressive look of the Hex Wasp on my B&T MK-II. Nope, this thing is backwards and doesn't look bad but not what I wanted and it does sit a bit high. I'll probably put a Sig optic on it instead.

That being said, as I've gotten to play with it more, I am loving this thing more and more. Cannot wait to get it out and shoot it... though some random dude did nearly money whip me out of it today.

Happy it found a home other than a box in my attic.
