I have a simple answer.

Your access is not exclusive. There is a small portion of the year where hunters are not allowed on property. You see the same thing with some country clubs or other clubs for private events as example. Posting when you go on/off property gives visibility on headcount to management. Also there are other pastures that we do not have access to and you have to drive through the main property.

Posting on the group chat is not a big deal

Entertaining thread. I'm convinced now that this is nothing more than a very strict managed lease with some high thrown managers on top. I don't think there's anything illegal or scamming going on but as good as OB is at these things we have been very wrong on some as well.

I have no skin in this game all I can say is we're all adults. If someone wants that lease have at it. Certainly not for me.

I agree. I honestly commend them for their hero hunts. I still think there may be some selectivity in who gets permission to shoot what, but if people like that style, more power to em. Doesn't mean I won't keep poking fun at them though.
