Eh, WU has always pointed at the direction the wind is coming from. Arrow points down for a south wind, up for a north wind, etc.

I primarily use WeatherBug.

DarkSky is not an option as I'm on Android.

I also use MyRadar, NOAA and Moon Phase Calendar.

And when I need a healthy dose of adolescent humor, I use Fu**Weather.
