Local shop advertising Liberty Gun Safes, any experience with Liberty here on the OB?

Yes. Great product. That's all I use. Got my safe built empty - meaning no shelves or racks. Just use those for long guns.

I've got one and love it. Went with the biggest size I could for the space. Still not big enough. Should have made room for the safe I wanted and not bought a safe to fit the existing space. I used Moore Security in Houston and they were great

I looked at them and tried to find one to buy locally, but none available anywhere within reason in the state... then I see they sell models to tractor supply that are apparently the same as their regular models just with different names, and found the one TS in the entire state that had one in stock at the time (mid last year) and happened to only be 1.5 hours away so went and grabbed it. Its the big 1776 64T one, and I'm very happy with it. Though when I bought it, price was $1999, and now $300 more and I got it for $1799 cause it was missing threads in one of the spoke holes on the hub, but liberty sent me a brand new hub for free the next week.

Just had a Colonial 50 Extreme (Gloss Gray with the black hardware) from Moore Security in Houston delivered. It's way bigger than I was expecting and the service during installation was phenomenal.

Yeah those guys are great. I talked directly with the Dad (owner) when I placed the order. They were really helpful. The son came out and did the delivery and installation. I couldn't have been happier with them. I got a 40 gun safe and man it filled up fast.

If I could make a recommendation, I use one of these all the time. Use it in my luggage when I check a firearm, use it in my truck etc, if I have to go in a court house etc etc.

You can create a little more room in them by removing some of the padding.
