Suburbs - I weedeat first otherwise it leaves a line of grass on my fresh cut mowed area.

When I lived in the country, I didn't care so I mowed first.

Mow, beer, edge/weed eat, beer, blow, beer. It probably does make sense to edge and weed eat and then mow over that stuff and potentially have less to blow or less to blow onto a freshly mowed lawn. I'm able to blow off into a median though so my order doesn't really matter.

This is hilarious. I've always been mow first, edge second guy. Last night I was considering switching it up but stuck to my routine. I think I may change though because our lot is huge and I'm tired after mowing and kinda half ass the edging.

You should try jmazz's routine, but move the blow between mowing and edging. No more low energy edging.

Weedeat first. Then mow. I'm don't edge. Don't need to if you can weedeat effectively. Rinse and repeat. That's how I usually do it. Then blow.

But, I do it backwards too (mow first, weed eat 2nd). Don't really care.

Weedeat first, I know exactly what my riding mower can't get to so I hit that with the edger so I never have to get my push mower out.

I always tell myself that this is the week I'll blow everything into a pile and bag it instead of blowing it up in the yard but by the time I'm ready to blow I'm more ready for the pool.

Well just the cuttings, we have been married for a very long time.

The only time weedeating should supersede mowing is off the clippings will leave a mess. This allows the mower to mulch the trimmings.

I weedeat first so that any larger clipping from that get mulched in by the mower. After mowing I use my edger. Then blow it all clean

Mow first for efficiency. I can get a large area done a lot faster. Then edge/weed eat whatever is left.

I can understand maybe weed eating after mowing, especially if you don't have much fence line, but mowing and weed eating and then trying to edge through all your grass clippings hoping for a clean edge seems crazy to me.

Weed eat.

Blow the clippings from street and driveway into the yard. No sweeping. No shovel. No scooping.

Cut with Mulching mower done.
