At one point, there was some uncertainty on the warranty from Costa after luxotica took over. Warranty program still works well. I had a pair of fantails with glass lenses for about three years. The rubber nose piece had fallen off and a portion of the rubber on the ear piece as well. Took some. Photos of it and submitted it through their online claim system with no proof of purchase. They sent a Ups label, mailed it back and got a new pair of frames with new lenses in about 4 weeks after submitting the claim.
