Same. I end up taking it off after several hours. But my heartburn and having to pee during the night went away, just as the doc said it would. I don't notice a difference in my sleep but my wife does since the snoring stopped. I changed to the top mounted hose system with nasal pillows and that helped a lot.

I snored like a banshee. Had a cpap but could never get used to it. My dentist ordered me a snore guard. Cost $500. Best money spent. My wife loves it as she gets some sleep now. I'm not very much over weight so maybe that helps as well.

Anyone have any feedback on the noise level of machines and how to lower it? My wife complains about my snoring and then also can't sleep with the noise of the cpap
