I'm not sure fiberglass is an upgrade over rotomolded. What would be the benefit? Whatever it might be, I can't imagine it being worth that price.

I get what you're saying but they had to get a licensing agreement with his estate.

And while this is a beautiful skiff there's not a chance in hell this is a 5-6" draft. It's physically impossible. Hell, the original Willy Roberts skiffs don't draft that- they're 12" draft skiffs. They would be better off keeping the same lines, stretching it out to about 23' LOA and an 8' beam as a bay boat/light offshore like an old Potter-built Seacraft.
