How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm getting my 270 bedded and blued etc. figured while I'll have to sight it in again might as well try a new load.
I currently shoot a 130gr accubond w (I think) 45gr of H4350. It's a regular 1:10 twist so I'm wondering how the 145gr bullet would stabilize. Hornady says it'll shoot in the 1:10.

Curious if anyone has reloaded this round in the same twist ratio and what were the results. Would 4350 be a good powder, most loads I've see were RL26 and 4831 or similar.

TIA

I assume 270 win. I like 130's for win. Also the rl26 is temp sensitive. I blew out the primer in my 270 weatherby the other day using rl26.

Not sure if relevant but my 10 twist Shilen barreled 25-06 loves (loved) the 110 Accubonds. They have become impossible to find. I picked up 200 of the 110 grain eld-x bullets and have yet to find a combo that matches the Accubond.

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: got the length of the bullet here, subtracted plastic tip length, put info here, assumed velocity of 2850, and it's listed as stable at sea level in a 10 twist down to at least 0*F.
