This is small potatoes. If Biden is elected and gets control of the ATF.......well, prepare your anus.

Almost EVERYTHING is going to be brought under the NFA.

Luckily I had just bought my Honey Badger a couple months ago.

Why do you have your pistol disassembled? Do you have a Honey Badger? This was specific to them. Also, unless you have a SBR already, they could still get you for planning on constructing one since you have the parts.

He's right you know. You should just send me the pieces and I'll dispose of them properly.

It's not my home defense weapon so I don't need it on a moment's notice. My pistol is not a honey badger but similar. If the ATF is just going to change their interpretation Willy nilly who knows what they would call mine. Yes they could probably peruse constructive intent, I'm not a lawyer. Never had any worries about ATF until all this BS started.
