Any Deer Hunters with experience with/knowledge about Chronic Wasting Disease?

I am writing a piece about a new study that came out pertaining to CWD and CWD & hunting in general. I would love to hear from someone who either has experience hunting in CWD surveillance/containment zones (and having your harvest tested) or anything similar (e.g. precautions for CWD you take during hunting, etc.)

Lincoln County, MT is in a containment zone currently. I'm in the adjoining county to the south and work in conjunction with Montana FWP. I could probably get you in touch with a game warden or biologist if you're interested.

You need to talk to Doc McBride vet in Boerne or Doc Eickenhorst vet in Brenham. They have co- authored with a few others an article on this subject. They are hunters as well.

McBride is in Burnet, correct?? Dr. Riff in Hondo has experience as well. What's the premise of this paper with CWD knowledge of hunters?

If I remember correctly it was a fact checking of what everyone is saying about CWD. Paper had this is what is being said, and these are the facts to date. True, False, Somewhat true. I tired to find the link that Doc McBride sent me but i did not have that text or could I find the email anymore.
