Can some one tell me if it's legal to buy ammo on the internet in Texas? What are the restrictions and what are the good sites? Thanks.

Crazy to me that, through all this BS, practice ammo is what's hard to find. Defensive ammo hasn't really changed that much. Just bought a case of Federal HST 9mm 124 grain +P for .66 per round, delivered.
Which company did you buy from?Mr. Bob Harris said:

Just checked them. 9mm - 5 options. cheapest is $330 per 1,000 which is 16.50 per box for ball. Plus shipping? Just asking if that is reasonable as I am due to go to a Pasadena show soon with a bunch of 9mm and .223 and don' want to get screamed at for gouging but would like to get a decent return on the investment I made last year. I would be happy with $16.J.D. c/o 05 said:
Just bought a couple thousand rounds of 9mm and .45 from J&G Sales. Not one of my normal places to buy, but is was available and a reasonable cost.
Processed Monday and should be here tomorrow.

Ammo has gotten full stupid. I'm embarrassed at the prices that I'm selling it for and I'm still cheaper than anyone else locally. Weird times.
For the most part, it's only what they can fulfill. Sporadically, we can preorder but it generally has to be in stock.mm98 said:TheEyeGuy said:

Just curious. How does your side of the business work? If you order 5000 rounds from a supplier, is it a guarantee you will get that amount in 2,4,6 weeks...?
Or will they only accept orders for what they can fulfill at the time?
