How can any business stay in business when they keep your money for service they did not fulfill due to the company cancelling you the client who has paid? Kevin Stubbs - Expedition Outfitters appears to operate this way.

Not only that, but sending a bill for the "balance due" when you've already told them you won't provide the service you are billing for. The dude is nucking futs.

Yep. It's several pages back, but he got pissed off when the customer said he was going to dispute the deposit with his cc company, so the dip**** guide responded by sending him a bill for the balance

Thread bump time. Was doing a search for a guided trip on a few local rivers and good ol Kevin Stubbs popped up in the results. I knew I had heard that name somewhere before and followed up with a TexAgs search. Crossed that ol boy off pretty fast! Thanks TexAgs!

El Sapo Guide Service actually has rights to a large portion of the Devils, if you like moving slow down that river and fly fishing I'd recommend giving Brandon a call. I have never fished with him, but I have hunted with him on MANY occasions!
