It's hard to find one that doesn't bind, square corners seem to help, but fanny packs actually fit in for that purpose.

Smaller is better for concealed. Smaller gun, less holster, no optics.

I think someone mentioned magnet mounts somewhere the other day. I put one in the console of our Odyssey today. I certainly like the placement. Super quick to get out. While I get that some folks are made nervous by the thought of getting in an accident with a gun mounted to a magnet, I'm a little comforted by the fact that a) the gun's safety will be on and b) it's at least confined to the inside of the console and shouldn't be flying throughout the cabin if we were to get in an accident. The magnet is strong as heck, especially since my main carry gun is an LC380.

Contact concealment has been my favorite holster I've used. There's usually a wait time, but worth it if you have something else to use in the meantime.

Lots of good opinions on holsters. You will probably end up with several. I like Crossbreed and Comp Tac but holsters may change depending on how you're dressed and carrying.

I have carried for years and thought my belts were fine until I tried Nexbelt. Rather than having holes every inch, these ratchet every 1/4". You can get it just as snug as you like. One caveat though. They make belts for many occasions but make sure you stay with the EDC series. These are stiffer than the others. That is not clear from their website. I bought one that was not EDC and while it is good, now I know the difference. I have four of their belts and that's all I wear now.
