Willing to spend up to $2500-$3K. 20-21 season, just trying to get a head start on things...I know how hard these things are to come by.

Dripping? I THOUGHT I recognized that building. If I recall, it houses an extensive, elaborate workshop worth tens of thousands. Definitely better than anything you'd see from posters on Texags. All belongs to one guy, too. Forget his name though. Although there's typically a McLaren and a space ship parked out front.

I found the building on Google Maps. I want to point out that the streetview photo was taken from the center of the cul-de-sac on the end of Frog Pond Ln, while the Barnes photo was taken from much closer. I zoomed in on the streetview to get a screengrab for comparison. It actually was taken from much further away than the Barnes photo. Blue dot is my estimation of where the Barnes photo was taken.
