The dad of this guy was a crop duster from way back. Had an airstrip east of Plainview , Texas. It's been a long time since I was involved in the aviation community of Hale County, but it seems like dad had a "rules don't apply to me" attitude and a history of bending airplanes.

I was with the dad on a charter flight (pre-9/11) and one of the pilots stepped out of the cockpit to let us farmers sit in the cockpit. (John Deere factory tour). Mr. Horan was one of the first in line, and perched in the seat for at least 20 minutes, while a line of about 30 others formed in the aisle. Most of us sat back down without a chance to get more than a distant view.

So yeah, not a fan.

I think they are just referring to how they squoze two people into a single seat plane. The pax was female.

I know a local duster and sent this story to him. He knows the people involved and said he had heard about it. He heard that maybe they were trying to roll the plane.

Reversal would imply they used to be a different sex than what they now claim to be and plan to switch back. That is confusing.
