Sorry, not hunting related. Any Agronomist on board or flora experts? I have a young live oak with numerous, small round growths on several of its limbs. Not on the leaves but on the limb itself.

What is it and is it treatable??

Not wanting to be nit picky but agronomy is soil and crops. You want an arborist.

Also, photos would be great. Picture is worth a thousand words.

Doesn't appear to have any relation to the leaves...strictly on the limbs. Cut off some and disected a few. Didn't see/recognize any larvae inside...unless they are tiny/microscopic????

ETA - Dallas area and it's been extremely dry summer.

Oak galls.
I've planted several hundred Century tree acorns and a fair number of them have them. Has not seemed to cause any issues whatsoever. I think I've heard may be wasp related or other insect.

This is correct. Caused by a wasp.

They're oak galls. There are a lot of kinds of gall caused by different species of gall wasp. They are generally not treated because they are usually not detrimental to the tree health. They are just unsightly.
