Another vote for the Benchmade 940 here. I put a deep carry clip on it and it's the best pocketknife I've ever owned.

Been carrying a Kershaw Chill now for a week or so and so far I like it. Not the greatest steel certainly but I like the fact that its made where I'm going to have to break it in.
