Radian makes a suppressor optimized charging handle, and it's great. Gemtech also makes a carrier to help vent gassed out the ejection port vs out the back, however these only work well if you're right handed.
But, like Tx-Ag2010 mentioned, you don't have to deal with the gasses at all if they're not there in the first place. And the only way to control that is with an adjustable gas block. Thought process being that if the gasses are traveling down the gas tube, you're "dealing" with them in way or another.... slowing your bolt down with a heavier buffer or venting the gasses off before they reach you. For not much more than the cost of a suppressor specific charging handle, you can throw on an SLR Sentry 7(or 8) or MicroMOA adjustable gas block and now you're not "making due" with the gasses, rather controlling them.
