But think about how much fun spending a few hours riding around a property with me and then offering on a ranch would be. I couldn't think of anything better to do than that.

I'm sure this place will go for a pretty penny. Don't get me wrong...if I were in the position I'd try to maximize my profited as well.

Land prices just make me concerned for future generations as far as food goes. It's hard to feed a cow and calf on 5-10 acres.
