I enjoy the show. I will fast forward when the obvious from episode 1, bat **** crazy ones start talking to themselves too much. It's very interesting to me though. It was good to see them allow a bow this season. That has changed things a lot.

I agree that, if you were actually trapped in the wilderness, being confined to a small area for some reason, would limit you very much. It's dumb luck what would be available in that area. In a real survival situation, I would imagine you would try to move around some initially to see what area had the best resources. At least you would, if geographic barriers didn't prevent it.

It's entertaining to me, until the really flaky folks start to whine or flake out too bad. Then I start fast forwarding them each time they pop up.

It was crazy to me how fast that one guy gave up, based on seeing some bear crap. He was outta there quick!!! I think that was this last season but may have been the one before.
