I assume it is legal to plant hemp in Texas. Correct?

Anyone know where I can get some seed? And I mean legit hemp seed...I don't want to plant something and find out it's something illegal.

You mean Sun hemp? Like for the nitrogen fixing and green manure?

Make a trip to Nebraska. Stuff grows wild along the railroads and ditches, hence the moniker of "Ditch Weed".

I hear that it makes good rope. Also one of my high school teachers said that they would collect it from ditches and dry the leaves by putting them in a pillow case and running them through the drier. That was a long time ago.

I see now that East Texas Seed carries Sunn Hemp but I have not used them before. May give them a try instead of Petcher this year.

Regardless of what cannabinoid profile the genetics have, you can still pop hot if you leave the plants in the ground long enough for CBD-a to turn into THC-A.

If your purose is for fiber crop, I may not have the best insight
