Looking to see if anyone around the Lubbock area would be interested helping to grow BHA in the area. I am hoping to help push this along with Pint Nights and having some seminars, wanted some Aggie feedback for the area.

If you haven't heard of BHA it is an organization that pushes for public lands and to keep them open for all hunters, anglers and other enthusiasts who enjoy the outdoors. I'm sure there are quite a few members on the site.

I believe the board chair for the Texas BHA chapter happens to live in Lubbock. You might try and get in contact with him.

Mike is a good friend of mine and he is pushing to get this moving.

Michael is a great dude. Been working with him for a while on the Texas Public Lands Cleanup Day that BHA is sponsoring this coming Saturday.

I helped set stuff up yesterday morning with Mike, by the time I left looked like that was gonna be an awesome banquet with some stupid money being tossed around. I'd love for BHA to be more active this side of Texas.

Infuriating how much crap people dump on land that isn't theirs.

What's really confusing and disappointing is it actually IS kinda theirs, being public land. Some people just never outgrow poor upbringing.

I spent most of my time setting the tables, I wasn't really working with the BHA members setting up the raffle.
