Yeah. My Grandpa took me dove hunting when I was about 10. So that was 1964. I shot my first dove in the air that day.Apache said:

It is pretty interesting to think about the increase in populations of birds (and animals in general) in my lifetime. (1970's to now)
White-wing doves were rare to non-existent in Central Texas, now seem to be as common as mourning doves.
It was a whitewing!
That was a big no-no back then.
So now we also have the Eurasian Collared Doves taking over some areas.
