For carry, I love the Nightcore SRT6. I love that it has a rotating control, and you can adjust it anywhere from zero to max brightness. It is pocketable.
BUT, for sometime carry use and home use - I love this light: the Nightcore EC4S. I use it for when I go outside for walks, or if I need to locate something outside. It has 5 brightness settings - so, you don't have to use max if you do not want to. It is not small enough for EDC, but it is actually small enough to occasionally pocket carry if you need to.
I would suggest buying a Nightcore charger and 18650 lithium ion batteries for either light. They will pay for themselves in no time. The normal 123 batteries are expensive over time. And, primary 123 cells can be dangerous. As they sit in a flashlight over time - usually 1 cells ends up draining and overcharging the 2nd cell... Over the course of months. If you have a battery tester, you can test both batteries over time and even see this happen with your own eyes (I have done this in the past). With a single cell 18650, you do not have this issue. It is not super common, but there are many stories online of people having batteries/flashlights exploding from primary 123 cells.
I've seen enough to only use 18650s now.
This is a great bundle for the EC4S:

I bought 2 of the same model at the same time a couple years back. Some know me here as a big LED flashlight fan. At one time a few years ago, I had over 30 of them. Anyway, both Fenix lights had times when they would sometimes not turn on. I ended up returning both Fenix lights.
Eagletac and Nightcore are my two favorite LED flashlight brands. My two first, nice LED lights were Eagletacs. They have suffered a lot of abuse over the years, and both still work very, very well.
