Yep we need more specifics. Budget, purpose, experience of the FIL. Preference on SA vs revolver, etc.

How does gifting a gun work with the FFL process? I am not trying to throw a wrench in your get-a-long. I am just curious, from those that know more than me.

All 50 I believe. Must be legally able to possess a firearm in the state. For example in IL the recipient must also have a FOID card (Firearms Owner ID). I'm not an attorney or an FFL though.

Also, you cannot transfer a firearm to someone who lives in a different state.

Might as well go glock 43. But the you'll realize you should have bought the 19.

43 has Same round count as sig micro except 9mm

I've found shooting (just for trial purposes, don't shoot this all the time at range, too expensive)
I've found shooting federal 150 hst Jhp for micro guns really takes away the extra recoil that comes from firing a smaller pistol.

Running that same ammo in the 19 is smooth smooth. But really the 150 is designed for smaller barrels like 43
For longer barrel I would run the 147.
