Looking to purchase a stand and fill feeder as I'm tired of cranking my old one up/down. Recommendations and where is best place to buy. I am in South DFW area.

Recently got one of the ASFs from Bucees and really like it so far. $399 for 600lb.

I got the one from Academy, and they have worked pretty well, and are super convenient.

Here it is

Which bucees has an ASF $600 feeder for $399? I picked one up earlier this year for $600 in Uvalde and that was a decent deal given the location.

I believe Bucees had a feeder designed just for sale at their locations. Called EZ-Feeder

Cool! Yeah those are similar but not the same. Still a good feeder. I was thinking of this

For that price.... would be a steal!

I have one and it's good. The metal is kind of thin though on the legs and can bend easy, the door to the timer on the side is thin and kind of awkward and I think people were coming up with ideas to cover the motor underneath because it is exposed. FOR THE MONEY, it's good and I've been happy with mine.

Me and a buddy have 4 of the Moultrie adjustable feeders, they run around $120ish new regularly. 30gal feeders with timers, adjustable legs etc. They have worked well for us. 6v Solar panel is $25 at academy for it.

They also sell non adjustable stand and fill ones for close to the same prices but a little less.

Clay. Look at Texas Wildlfe Supply's Stand and fill. I have many of their feeders and they hold up really well. They have dealers all over Texas. Owners daughter going to TAMU now.

Seems like the varmints would unload that bucees S&F in zero time flat if the spinner is exposed like it looks like it is.

It has a bottom plate covering it. The corn has a 1" or so opening to fly out of so is critter proof. I've been eyeing one but was hesitant of the thin metal.

Looks like they're made of the same gauge galv sheet metal ASF are made of. There are prob other aspects that aren't as quality as ASF, but the metal doesn't look "thin".

Mainly referring to the legs. Guy on my lease bought the ASF like pictured above. Has been great but the Bucees is $200 cheaper. Will be getting one in the spring so hopefully will have it sorted out by then.

Yeah. The legs look a little iffy.

The Bucees feeder is made by ASF. Their timer, motor, etc. The legs are thinner but plenty strong enough as long as you aren't trying to drag it while full of corn.

This is the best stand and fill feeder on the market. Better built than ASF. We've got about 15 of them on our lease now.

Looks like this place is your closest bet...

On that link I posted, in the top left it says "Find a Lamco". If you click on that, it will give you a map of their dealers.

Are you sure that was a 600 lb? Something isn't right. I sell AS and know of no S&F 600# at that kind of price. Way below cost.

I think we figured out that it was the EZ feeder in the pic above, not the ASF.

"Ez-feeder" is a model built by ASF specifically for bucees. The main difference being the legs aren't as heavy and it uses a flat plate across the bottom for varmint protection rather than a cage.

The Ground Hugger is built in San Angelo. I have seen this one perform for 3 seasons and works great.

West Texas Game feeders is a great place to shop. Bought a bunch of feeders from then. Picked up a few more Hang-em-High crank feeders. Those 14ft legs are such a stable base, with cattle on the place, they can't reach the bucket or push it around or tip it over. They just leave them along so no needs to put panels around them during the off-season.
Nobody cares. Work Harder
