Does anyone know what kind of spider this is? Found it inside my house in DFW. I originally thought it was a wolf spider with eggs on it until I took it outside and looked at it in the sun. I've never seen one like this....

Great. The family is already freaked out enough. I won't bring up "tarantula". It was only about the size of a half dollar. I'm not sure if the picture makes it look bigger than it is.

Are those even a species in DFW? A quick google make it sound like something from Australia that should make me burn the whole place down.....

I think I've narrowed it down to a Crevice Weaver Spider.

That is funny, but I never kill spiders except for widows and recluse. The others are beneficial.

It looks like a female crevice weaver. We used to be covered up with them until the geckos showed up.
