With all the cameras on all the property in Texas, no big cats are captured and verified. I like the stories from the folks who see them all the time but never have any good video or pictures. If I had a good chunk of property and I had seen one, I'm not sure what I would do. I hate to kill them but probably would and would only tell my friends and neighbors.

I bet the TPWD gets tired of these calls. I can see them rolling their eyes

The wound on that dog in the picture is not a mountain lion. Ive seen lion dogs in Utah with wounds from lions. No comparison.

Funny you posted this, there's a post of mine on a previous scariest things you've encountered in the woods thread, when I was ten I was building a tree house on our property in guess, Belmont, and I too saw a mountain lion. So I know 100% this is true.
