Every year for the last 4-5 years my good friend and I put on a decent sized party the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Probably around 50 people come and go through the day. So I'll be rubbing and wrapping 4 briskets tonight. Gonna put them on the pit tomorrow around lunch, maybe a bit before that. Let them cook all night and finish up Sunday morning. Then Sunday morning I'll throw on 6 racks of ribs and a boatload of sausage to be ready by lunch. Lots of bbq, lots of beer, washers, cornhole, friends, family, etc.

I'll post pics as I get some bbq in progress.

I will be getting up early on Memorial Day and putting on my scrubs and going to work. I'll see all you drunken idiots after you do supid things and win stupid prizes.

I'll be taking my wife and kids to the DFW national cemetery again this Memorial Day. Probably just cook some burgers & dogs for my kids and all the neighborhood kids that always seem to congregate at my house on weekends & holidays.

Going to smoke two briskets, a turkey, pork butt, and a chicken. Oh wait, nevermind. My 4 year old turned the freezer dial to 0 and that meat all went into the dumpster.

Round 2 is on right now. Running about 2 hours behind schedule but oh well. More time to drink beer.
