Yuma, Arizona sunrises. The colors we get here are breathtaking.

Not world class quality, but a great sunset i took in Destin a few years back. Something about the water just gets me.

I'm not picking a winner among the contestants, but I'm pretty sure the whole board is winning. Keep 'em coming boys.

Love the photos. Here is my submission. Santa Rosa Beach, Florida
I live in East Texas, so you almost have to leave town to get a sunrise/sunset photo.

Lot's of great, really great photos.

I left Santa Fe early one morning headed above Gunnison to elk hunt.I was somewhere on a narrow two lane road between Tres Piedras & La Jara parallel to a railroad track....I think. I kept looking for a place to pull off the busy road.....all the while telling myself that the camera case was buried beneath all my hunting gear.

I saw a small ranch road and quickly pulled over. Dug the camera out and got a couple of pictures using the hood of my truck as a rest. When I got back on the road it was gone. One of my favorites.

This is a "sunset" picture above Taylor Park, Colo. Not necessarily a great sunset picture other than the camera was facing east.

Davis Mountains

Lake Gladewater

This is on the Rio Negro about 100 miles up river from Barcelos, Brazil. The only decent sunrise/sunset pic I got.....was really surprised.

This is a sunrise in Flower Mound. Only decent one...ever.

Port Aransas....some of each

This is my all time favorite from Port Aransas. I was watching some rain squalls come ashore one morning. I had the camera on a tripod with a cup of Joe. Saw it...got up and got two pics and it was gone. I made a 4x6' metal print for the meeting area of our condo complex....Hurricane Harvey got it.

Where was that taken, looks familiar to me.
Riley, Kansas. About 15 miles NW of Manhattan.

My bro-in-law just PCSed out of Ft. Riley, I've seen a few of those sunsets!
