Was randomly searching for land for sale in my county, and ran across this property.

Turns out it is within a few miles of property I own. And "Bender" and I have been on this property many, many times. One of his childhood friends lived there. However, that was over a decade ago, when the previous owner had it. And before the current owner spent $4,000,000 to turn it into the ultimate Zombie Apocalypse Survival Shelter for 22 people. Has it's own well, water storage, generator, positive pressure air filtration, etc. The perfect place for your NBC attack.
I had no idea any of this was under construction. But I recognized the general terrain, and some of the background in some of the photos narrowed it down enough that I was able to go to Google Maps and confirm. Oh, and why is he selling it at a loss? Public records show the current owners, husband and wife, were divorced in March 2017.
