Thinking about taking the family out for a quick weekend trip. Has anyone camped there recently? If so, any comments? I know at some state parks the electrical service could be better. I need 30A service and the campground appears to be well below capacity unlike others - 39 open spots out of 59 total

I was there in March, it's pretty quiet. Decent fishing apparently (although I didn't get a chance this trip). It wasn't my favorite park, but I would go back if that was all that's available. Not a bad experience at all, just wasn't my favorite. Anything in particular you are wanting to know?

Experience really. It is odd to me that there are that many open spots. Hard to get into other parks like meridian meanwhile this one looks about 1/3 of capacity. If you camped in a trailer were there any issues with the quality of power service?

I was there in March and the power was fine for my trailer. I think they only have 30amp service.

Enjoyable time with my daughter, we kayaked and mt biked.
