KXAN is also at the hotel of the feed I'm watching. Apparently the hotel has taken damage and they are unsure about the integrity of the structure going back through the wall. I'm guessing that's what the station was referring too.

I'll be the ugly one here...this is sensationalism to equate this to Katrina. I donated to the RC when that mother of an infant was on NBC without water or formula for her child begging for help. Most folks without funds say oh well we'll just stay put. But I know damn good and well counties across Texas sent buses for evacuations. And the motel:hotel you're staying in, FEMA will take care of the bill. Leave when you're advised to.
