Not is it hits as a three, but if it hits as a five (which is very possible) then you will absolutely need to board up.

I have family in TX, and my mom is supposed to be flying back there from our place in about 3 hours. What's this one looking like for Hays County? Up to a couple feet of rain basically?

Yep just got update from Dad. Windows will be boarded and boat and his precious mower are being moved. This might suck. I really wish I could get down there to help him out but I'm not much help with two young kids and Mr. Diesel can't get out of work. I'm really trying to figure the aftermath cleanup with kids starting school next week and yet wanting to help my parents out if needed. This could really suck

Yep my parents just called from Aransas Pass and they're under mandatory evac as well.

Different map you need to read the captions. That is Tropical Storm probability, Neil's is Hurricane and both published by the NHC.
