I hunt with an AR. 6.8 SPC and it's a great deer cartridge for Texas. I have hunted with a 5.56 but not sure that I'd do that anymore. Nicest buck I've dropped was with 5.56 and, in retrospect, I probably should not have taken the shot. 250 yards and the buck was between a trot and a run.

Can you post a pick of the 18" package? What kind of handguard, M-Lok or keymod?
