91, I don't have a CNC, but I did figure out a way to do it with a route bit and collar. Basically I use a Router bit of diameter X and collar diameter Y to cut the negative which I am inlaying the piece in to, then I use the same router bit X but with collar Y+2X to cut the inlaid material, this gives me a piece off the same pattern but now the router bit is offset to the opposite side of the profile to allow me to cut around the shape I want. I just do this with 5 rings for inlaying and 5 negatives to inlay the rings in.
I don't know if he wants the rings though, he did mention wanting a team symbol engraved/inlaid, but I will figure it out either way.
