A&B Processing in Caldwell does a lot of show chickens. Don't know if they do it year round or not. Might be worth a try.

Dude, I have a vacuum sealer that I can bring to the house and we can do this. You buy the roll of cut to size vacuum bags and we can get this done one evening next week. Just need a plastic 6' table and some trash bags. Probably some Clorox wipes as well.

If they arent meat birds, then they will just be regular tough old roosters. Breast out, vacuum seal, throw the rest away.

haha.... I am probably not the only one that tried to boil a tough rooster because it chased my little boy. Keep boiling and it just keeps getting tougher and tougher. That was the chewiest damn chicken. I might as well have been chewing on a rubber shoe sole.

This may be a option, Mrs. Fleen is a little iffy on the butchering in the driveway of the birds we raised in the backyard...

Anyone else? At this point, as long as I get a guarantee they won't be used as 'bait birds', I'll give them away...
