Hate to go there but I've seen lots of ads of Pigs for Sale on craigslist lately. Buy on the hoof, slaughter yourself, save $$$.

I know Restaurant Depot sells whole pigs, but I believe they are all frozen and I'm not sure what size..if you have a business license give em a call (good source for whole tenderloins, briskets, pork butts, etc as well).

Fisher Ham & Meat Co on Spring Cypress Rd just east of Kuykendahl. They advertise suckling pigs on their sign.

We order them from Sysco, but we have a restaurant. Cook them whole on a la caja China, for personal parties. IDK, if they would sell to individuals.

Local Yocal in McKinney or David's in Garland.

Or go to any park in south Dallas with a sprayground, and you might find one being washed prior to slaughter.....NOT kidding.
