You guys have already helped on 22LR, I'm in good shape in 9mm. Needing opinions on .357 mag (JSP) as I shoot it in a pistol and a carbine. Is Magtech and Fiocchi decent brands? I'm planning on stocking up on 357 mag, 38spcl, 9mm, 22LR and 22 mag if I can find it. I've got plenty of 223/5.56 for target but would like recs on a few boxes for SD. Thanks

Both are good brands. Toss them in a bucket and you won't be able to tell which is which.

I've never had any issues with fiocchi. Also, S&B is a good low cost ammo.

Cabelas seems to have .22 Mag regularly. I actually found some of the CCI rebranded as the Savage A22 at Academy last week. Other than that, I've been doing my buying online.

Oh no. I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to be a **** and didn't even notice you said carbine. In my world a revolver is not a pistol and the 2 cartridges do get confused a lot. So, anyway, came off wrong in my post.

Just in general, I like Fiocchi over Magtech. Haven't had any negative experiences with magtech but have absolutely loved Fiocchi
