Built one with the help of my uncle (I'm not a welder) & use the heck out of it. Perfect for bacon, eggs, fajitas, making breakfast tacos, whatever. Low maintenance & easy to clean. Highly recommend.

May be a stupid question, but what is the best place to acquire a plow disc without the hole punched?

I would definitely prefer local (i'm in B/CS) to save on shipping something that heavy.

Great question. I filled mine in while welding when I made mine own years ago. Lots of use and never any problems.
