Should I leave it wrapped in foil and put in the ice chest (non yeti) and pull 45 minutes to serving?

Cover it in mayonnaise, wrap it in cling wrap and throw it in the garbage can.

Had vacation to burn.
Other forums say it should be good wrapped in foil and towels and placed in the chests. That's what I will do. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Foil + towels into a cooler. I keep a meat probe in mine and make sure it stays > 150. Should be fine for three hours. I've done 7+ in the cooler and it was still perfect.
Just rest that much extra... no biggie
Yup, towel, foil in ice chest, it will hold 3 hours. In the future when the ice chest is cold for being outside or i need to hold it for a while, i pour really hot water and slosh around in the ice chest to bring it up to temp, drain, then throw everything inside.

That doesn't look done at all.
The butt finishing early worked out better. Now I have room for the leg quaters, corn and potatoes.
I'm not sure you've got enough pepper on those legs.
