Very different than my experience. My first call to them was answered and I referenced my email I placed the day before. I sent better pictures of my cooler the night I talked to them, and the following day they agreed to ship a cooler when more tan 65's arrived a few days later. New cooler was on my porch within a week or placing my first email.

I'm sorry you've had that experience with them.

I realize I'v responded to two separate replies on this thread about Yeti's customer service and defended them. I thought it was on two different threads until now. My B

Good idea to have a closable lid. Now they need to put a handle on one for coffee drinkers. I had a cashier at Bass Pro tell a man in front of me buying a few Yeti that her boss' coffee stayed hot for 6 hours in his Yeti tumbler. I saw the opening in the lid and thought highly doubtful anything stays hot that long when the heat has a way out.

Used these for about 5 years now. Don't spill, leak, and have great hot/cold retention. Also goes in dishwasher. So it's not all bro cool, but it works extremely well.

Someone must have taken the OP's advice and thrown all the Yeti Tumblers away because I'm grudgingly buying one for a friend for Christmas and they are nowhere to be found. "Sold Out", "Thrown Away", whatever. Like our QB, they gone.
